    Golf Outing

    Angela’s House had its 5th annual golf outing on August 13th 2007 at the St George’s Golf and Country Club. We were rained out on our original day in June but it did not stop us. We had the great weather and a fabulous turnout for our new date. St George’s Golf Course was in great condition giving our golfers a perfect course for the day. Read More

    Neighbor Newspapers: Act of Kindness

    During National Nurse’s Week the “family” at St. Catherine’s Medical Center raised $7,000 to benefit Angela’s House, Hauppauge, a home for medically fragile and technology dependent children, established by Bob and Angie (a nurse at St. Catherine’s) Policastro. In 1989, the Policastro’s daughter, Angela, was born with severe brain damage and required a specialized treatment facility. Read More

    The Finish of Bike Ride from Florida to New York

    It was dream finish to a long week. The fan fare and excitement was wonderful
    These two men touched the hearts of the parents of medically fragile children to ride their bikes
    from Florida to New York in their honor.
